Muffin Tin Monday
This week there is no theme. I was contemplating making my own theme but I decided to just keep it simple and put in some foods he doesn't normally eat. So we have turkey, apple slices, bran flakes, raisins, cheese, and tomatoes. Oh, the excitement, its killing me! (note the sarcasm...)
On a totally unrelated note, we checked out the Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? book from the library this weekend and Owen is absolutely obsessed with it. He carries it around saying "brow bea" constantly and I am quite certain it has been read at least 15 times per day. I know there are tons of ideas on the internets about activities to do with the book, but I was wondering what you might have done or if you have any suggestions! thanks ;)

I hope he tried some of those foods for you. MTM is just about the only way I can get mine to try anything new. :o)
ReplyDeleteGreat tin! Brown bear was my middle son's favourite book when he was younger.
ReplyDeleteHappy Muffin Tin Monday! For Brown Bear we drew the outline of a bear and then finger painted him with chocolate pudding.
ReplyDeleteYou can never go wrong with simple and this looks great! Happy MTM :)
ReplyDeleteGreat tin! Looks so healthy! I made the beans last night on the stove and then just took them out of the fridge and gave them to her for lunch so I guess you would say cold!
ReplyDeleteI love all your little ideas for your little one! You make so much stuff! Love the advent tree and will be making some ideas from the girl and glue gun site!
I want to know if he ate it! :)
ReplyDeleteI once made a book for my girl using the same rhyming pattern as Brown Bear, but with photos of her and people she loves: "Muffin, Muffin, what do you see? I see Nanna, smiling at me. Muffin, muffin, what do you see? I see Mummy playing with me" etc (but using her real name, obviously, not "muffin". She really liked that.
